Ever wonder why our company features a husky as our mascot? It’s more than a logo it’s a story about loyalty, resilience, and second chances.
Sox was adopted at a Road Dog Rescue event in Destin in September 2024 after being surrendered at just 10 months old. After months of waiting for her forever home, she found her family and brought with her the same spirit we bring to every job loyal, dependable, and ready to show up when it matters.
At Miller Heating & Cooling, Sox isn’t just a mascot. She represents who we are a veteran-owned company built on commitment, heart, and doing right by our community.

Mark is a U.S. military veteran and former law enforcement officer, bringing discipline, integrity, and leadership to every job. A Pensacola State College HVAC/R graduate, he is EPA Universal and NATE Certified with extensive experience in refrigeration and residential HVAC service across the Gulf Coast.
Dakota Coffey
Senior Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician
With 12 years of experience, Dakota specializes in commercial refrigeration, ice machines, and residential HVAC systems. EPA Universal Certified, he is known for accurate diagnostics and dependable, long-lasting repairs across the Gulf Coast.
Bradley Miller
HVAC Technician
Bradley is an EPA Universal and NATE Certified technician with experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. A military police veteran, he brings discipline, precision, and professionalism to every service call, ensuring accurate diagnostics and dependable repairs.
Justin Q
HVAC Technician
Justin has 7 years of HVAC experience and is EPA Universal Certified. A Marine veteran and Pensacola State College HVAC/R graduate, he provides reliable residential and commercial service with strong technical expertise.
